Cleve is a seasoned and respected national crypto industry leader who has been working in the sector for over 8 years. She is President of Blockchain Leadership Institute and sits on the Board of Directors of Blockchain Foundation, where she previously served as Executive Director of Blockchain Foundation for over three years. Additionally, she was a Policy Advisor to the Blockchain Association.

Cleve is an influential voice on Web3 and DeFi and has advised policymakers, crypto executives, trade groups, and public institutions. She has been profiled on NPR's Morning Edition, Bloomberg, POLITICO, Reuters, CNBC, ABC, PBS, NY Times, Washington Post, TIME. She was also featured in the PBS Documentary, “CRYPTO DECODED”, as well as the Coinbase documentary, “COIN: A Founder's Story.” On the global stage, Cleve has spoken at Web3 and DeFi forums in Abu Dhabi, Toronto, Amsterdam, Bahamas, Barbados.

A Washington insider, Cleve served in the Obama Administration and as a senior staffer in Congress. She earned a Master of Arts degree from Howard University and started her career in broadcasting at CNN's Washington Bureau.
